SHIPPING and HANDLING INFORMATION:
CUSTOM MADE BABY (DIAPER BAGS/STROLLER PADS/SHOPPING CART COVERS) - Once it is determined which piece we will be creating for you and with what fabric(s) it takes approximatelty 2-3 weeks for your stroller pad order to ship and 4-6 weeks for other items. This enables ample time for your item to be created with great attention to detail and quality. Items may ship sooner, dependent on number of pending orders in house when your order is placed.
ALL OTHER - We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days from time order is placed dependant on in stock availability. Some of our items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer may take longer to ship, you will be notified via email if this should occur.
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.
We use UPS as our preferred shipping method, however we strive to make shipping expenses as affordable as possible and may opt to ship USPS on some smaller orders. Drop shipped orders will ship via shippers preferred method.

This holds true for any hand made or customized item. If there is a mistake on your order please contact us so that we can work with you to have the item fixed or replaced. Items will only be accepted for fixing or replacing if they are unwashed and with original packaging.
